Alternative to clear tarps/plastic

I want to winterized the run and am looking at alternatives to the plastic I've used in the past.

Are my only other clear options plexiglass?

I bought some of the heavy duty plastic from the local hardware store "Lowes". My neighbor had used shower curtains from a discount store. The grommets made a simple installation. Kinda wished I saw his first. I wanted to leave a small opens at the top to make sure the air keeps moving.

I think I am going to go with the Husky clear sheeting that is a thicker mil...I think 6 mil. I am only going to cover the first 6 feet of the run with it. I might double it up and then tack it down with a good staple gun in a pretty good row...or put against painted plywood and secure to it with a 1x3 or 1x4 over the top to keep it from getting torn up. And then just remove it in the spring.
