we always have this one hen who jumps to the roof of the coop after all the others (10 total, 18 wks..) have gone into coop..
you can easily grab her and put her in.. but worry about predators..
also, we started to get 2 small eggs a day from 2 of the hens for almost 2 weeks.. now nothing for 3 days.. pretty sure it might be a normal day light thing.. your thoughts?? I'm new at this..

just saw this showed up under hatching.. sorry how do I edit and move??

How much space do you have inside the coop - sq ft of floor space minus nest boxes, roost length, ventilation? Hard to tell from the photo but they look a little packed in there, which is why she might not want to go in.

New layers can be pretty erratic so it's normal to have inconsistent schedules or egg quality as they start up.

I don't see any hardware cloth, room, or predator protection of any type. The pullet roosting on the roof is probably your smartest chicken.
