Hi! Welcome to BYC! I think the best way to start is to read as much as you can here. @TwoCrows has given you an excellent link to the Learning Center. When we start out, we don't know what questions to ask, so reading there and in the forums will give you an idea. Also, this:

I would suggest not getting chicks until you are properly prepared. Especially not 80 of them!
Start educating yourself on proper housing and feeding, then build the proper housing and get the proper feed with at least a minimal first aid kit and THEN get the chicks. And I wouldn't start with 80! Try something a bit more reasonable for someone who appears to have zero knowledge and experience in raising chickens.
Good luck on your new adventure.
