I'm going to have to say that Poppy and Dip are cockerels, judging by their coloring, comb size, and pointed feathers in their hackles, saddles, and the curvy sickle feathers coming in.
Ebony looks like an inbetween. At a first glance I though hen, but then I looked back and though "hm..maybe a boy" no streamers in her/his crest, no pointed hackle feathers, etc. But it looks like it might have more of a cock-ish body type.
You'll know eventually for sure when the girls start laying and boys start crowing very badly

Solo, Grace, Stella, Bramble, & Buttercup are definitely pullets - by 17-23 weeks, the combs & wattles on cockerels would be much bigger. I 'think' Gizmo & Ebony are pullets and I agree with a couple of the other posters about Poppy & Dip - they do look rooish to me too (coloring), but I don't have much experience with polish or silkie mixes.
