Am I a roo or a hen and what am I?

I really like this chicken...very friendly and I'm hoping this 11 week old is a pullet.
What am I?
Am I a Pullet (pretty please)? Even though I'm waiting to hear a crow because that's what I think.

no didn't buy them. Had a broody who wouldn't stop being broody so I went to a neighbor and got a variety of eggs from him so she could get over her broodiness. She hatched 6 but one died in an accident (head caught in the fence) and that one WAS A Female! Of the 5 left I believe 4 are boys - they all were doing the chest bumping thing from the time they were about 3 days old.
