I keep thinking this is a roo...12 weeks today, and my other girl has a tight comb. My daughter said your boobs are bigger than mine and you are still a girl, so haha there is that, but i really am confused. They are both feisty, so that tells me nothing. Oh and this is their set up, in case anyone cares. My lil castle with cabin cruiser for sleeping and laying

Some hens like RIRs can have shiny feathers even though they are females. Best not to base your hens and roos on shiny feather and stick to tail feather shape and comb/wattle growth.
