Oh tough one, my Golden Laced looks just like that but shes a hen.
Im going to say hen, but dont hold me to it!

You have a pullet-100%. Take a look at some of the other photos posted on the wyandotte thread. Her feather pattern is all hen and her comb/waddles are just right for a hen-it would be much bigger on a roo. Her lacing isn't too bad and she has a nice shape-I'd take her in a second

By now, the boys are getting saddle feathers. Plus on a SLW roo, the head starts with , almost a "ring" of black then changes to white as their hackles come in, hers are not like that at all.

There are a few ways to sex chicks and maturing chickens. At hatching the method that has been used for generations is called vent sexing. Sometimes it is referred to as the Japanese method. Using this method, look inside the tiny vent opening and notice the difference in the cloaca. I have not seen this done but hatcheries use this method with 85 to 90 % accuracy.
