Am I a rooster or a hen??

So I have this little light Sussex when I first posted people said hen now I'm not sure it's about 10 weeks first pic is of it at about 6 weeks and the rest are from today

Young rooster. This much red in the comb this early is a male thing.

Dang it.. I was really hoping it was a hen I can't keep roosters where I live I bought 8 mixed chicks and I'm now down to 2 hens I had 4 but sadly lost 2 this was one of my faves along with my Easter egger in this pic...Thanks everyone
