Am I a rooster or pullet

I am an EE but still can't tell if its a rooster or pullet? It's 9 weeks old and other than tail up and a little larger comb than other EE's the same age No signs of crowing. Help me decide.

Rooster because of the big patches of color.

I don't know, it looks like a pullet. ( roundish neck feathers, not really any sickles, and a small comb)

I think its a roo, I have a pullet same age and color.

Looks like a pullet to me, too. Can you get a closeup of the rump section, and the neck section, and not of the whole bird?

I seem to find that every time you have to ask... its a boy... LOL.

I hope he can still find a good home with you. I"m struggling myself, with 2 young roos, and feeling guilty about thinking of getting rid of either one of them.... but I have a small flock of 8 hens, so it may end up being an issue! Sigh!! I wish the boys didn't have to fight! I can live with the noise, but not the beatings. I HATE seeing anybody injured, I just want harmony out there! There are enough predators for the two of them to be a great team, and protect the flock, but I know how boys are....

If it is a roo I have a very good friend that going to take it. I will also be giving her a few barred rocks so I have the right amount for my coop and run area.
