I got a great deal on a female silkie.. so just wondering if it was too good to be true!

bonus question.. is the sebright a girl too?

Can’t help you with sex though. But a straight head on face shot of your silkie will help the other expert chicken sexers

Yes, that's a Silkie.
Sebright is a pullet, and the Silkie so far appears to be one too.

They look a lot younger than 5 months to me. The Sebright especially - the Silkie is tougher to tell age for me because of its feathering.

Here's our Silver Sebright at about 5 months. She just started layimg last week. She surprised us, so we didn't even have a nest box set up for her yet.

I don't have a good recent pic of our Gold pullet (same age), but will try to get one and post it later today.
