Am I a Tom or a hen??

Looks like a tom to me...

Editing to add that hens don't have much of a snood, and they have white edging on the breast feathers (at least bronze hens do).

Yeah! I have a red bourbon hen or are they called hens??? How soon do they start mating??

PS Am new to turkeys have lots of chickens, my DH loves the turkeys

They start mating in the spring, usually when it's still cold out. Yes, the females are called hens

Turkeys are awesome, just really curious about everything. If you look at your BR hen, she should have a tiny snood, light edges on her breast feathers, and a line of feathers or hair going to the top of her head.

I would say it's a Jake. Check to see if he has spurs and true to look for a beard growing.
