I thought all of our chickens were laying, but we just started getting a COMPLETELY diffferent egg. Must be from one of our ee's as it is olive with white speckles. They are 8 1/2 months old!!!!

i'd be very surprised if you got that many eggs from the silky and the polish. the other three though should be around 4-6.​

Yep the silkie polish are gonna be real late layers and wont probably lay much when they do start. Just give them time it is cold and short days. I have 2 that are 6 months and not laying yet. I figure they will start when the days start to get longer.
