Okay I’m pretty sure I have a roo here, but the others should be good right? These are all a month old now. Allegedly Easter Egger mixes but it doesn’t matter, they all have a sweet personality and are so smart! Training them has been a breeze. A friend said my suspected roo might just be a hen with higher testosterone? I can hope for the unlikely right? But I have plans to rehome Abby if he’s an Adam.

Let’s say these are Easter Egger mixes, could a parent of the black one be bared rocks and a parent of the gray ones be cuckoo marans? 10 years of doing this and I still have so much to learn haha.

Yes your one is a cockerel. So far so good on the others being pullets.
All seem to have yellow legs. Marans are white skinned and white is dominant over yellow so no Marans as a parent.

Yeah I’m leaning on the strong possibility too but I won’t do anything until I hear some crowing. If worst comes to worst I have a police officer in my area who specializes in animals. He rehomed a rooster recently.
