one thing I have learned is to relax it takes time. you can listen and watch if things start to slow down or not progress you can help them out of the egg. i have done it and if you go slow and chip off the large end the egg (the air sack) you can see what is going on. you only want to do this if nothing is happening.
 
if you need help we can walk you through it, once you do one it is not so scary if you need to do it again, sometimes they are just to weak to get out on their own. i have been hatching call ducks recently and they have a hard time getting out of the shell. if you go to the web site for Sundown Silkies there is a really good article on how to help with hatching it really helped me, good luck keep us posted
 
i started helping after it had been a full day or close to that and no zipping had been done. check sundown silkies it explains in detail. if you have to open the bator to help take the egg out and when you have taken the end off and are putting it back in i put some warm water in my wells to bring the humidity back up quickly
