Am I right about gender?

I’m pretty sure this is a rooster. Hatched out august 11. But he doesn’t act like a rooster. No crowing or mating. His other hatchmates are crowing and trying to mate. Is he just the lowest rooster around so he doesn’t get to mate or is he actually a she? No one, as far as I know, has tried to mate with either though. He’s a silkie EE cross.

The cross, as far as I know, was my EE rooster and a silkie hen. I don’t know what the rooster had in him but I’m pretty sure this is one of his offspring. And he mated with everyone. The tail on this rooster looks exactly like the EE rooster I suspect is his father.

I do wish he was a hen though. I was pretty sure he was a rooster but he didn’t act like one at all.

At the time I hatched him I had two, down from three, mating roosters. This guy is actually from a set of eggs that were fertilized by a rooster I had just lost.

Fuzzy- the EE and rooster I lost

Monster- a light Brahma who I had locked away from everyone due to a foot injury

Bop- this is him as a chick because I couldn’t find a more recent picture where he was fully in frame.
