It sounds like those comments belong to the person who said them! It is truly amazing how many mean people are in this world. I love my chickens! They are teaching lots of responsibility and compassion to my children. Obviously, some compassion is something that mean person who left you those comments could use!

Nope you are perfectly fine. To love an animal no matter what animal it is takes something the person posting on your video does not have...a heart.

Ignore folks like that because they are just not worth the time it takes to worry about their stupidity.

I love my girls too...they are 9 weeks old and still in the house with me. I wanted to make sure the cold weather was gone, they had all their feathers to stay warm and blah blah blah. I am building their coop this weekend...

Having chickens is your hobby. Just like messing with people on the net is that guy's hobby.

Just remember this is the INTERNET. Just words on a page. It's impossible for anyone to reach through the screen and poke you in the eye so don't shed a tear.

If they are being obnoxious, ignore them. DO NOT REPLY to idiots on the net, that's what they want.
They NEED someone to send them nastygrams so they can giggle and squeek to their stupid geek friends about how he got someone soooo mad on Utube!
After a while of you NOT replying to their stupid taunts, they will move on and bother someone else.

You do realize that taking care of chickens has been a way of life for many many generations! This person that says "read a book" came from genrations of city dwellers! You just care for you chicks and don't give this person another thought. At least you are living...reading a book is good to learn things but it is sometimes more important to live life!

If you look at pretty much any publically posted video/picture/comments you'll see these types of comments all over youtube and similar places.

Some people just like to make rude comments because they think it's funny or cute.

Ignore it and come here amongst friends!

"Drop the chicken and grab a book". Y'know people don't realize the amount of reading and learning you need to prepare for and raise chickens successfully. There wa a lot more to it than I ever knew.

I wonder if the YouTube smart aleck would appreciate it more if he had to go through it. Oh well, some people are always above others (in their minds).

Don't waste time worrying about it.
