Am I Tom or Tomasina?

Hi all you turkey experts - I think Turkey Lurkey is a Tom. He's my first and only turkey and he thinks he's a chicken. Am I right?

I picked up his "sister" and he started circling me with back feathers ruffled and tail feathers spread out. I thought he was going to attack!
