Hello,
I moved to Amarillo some months ago and I'm raising 15 meat birds. I'm open to processing them myself but I'm curious as to whether there are any local businesses or people who do poultry processing here?
I searched the forums for Amarillo and couldn't find much - and my google results are pretty useless. I'll call a few meat markets and inquire with them soon but I figure it can't hurt to check with y'all!
