I breed chickens , to sell and keep as pets! we often buy our hatching eggs , or hens from another breeder but , our first succesful incubation was amazing!!! we were completely clueless as to what types you would get from certain mixes! so i bred my rhode island red hybrid hen rosy with our brown scots dumpy rocky! we got a snow white rooster , with medium lenght extra thinck yellow legs! he was funny looking! he also had yellow highlights in his wings and neck! we named him mumble and he grew up with me! he never knew he was a chicken beacause his first 4 months were spent away from the rest , with me! he was very attached 2 me! i loved him emmensley! and he was a funny little boy
