This is one of my little ameraucana roos. Courious as to what color he is feathering out to be. As a small chick he was a lavender/grey and yellow color

He's not any standard color and is probably an Easter egger, not an Ameraucana. Very pretty colors.

Lovely easter egger(note the willow green toes, non standard color and lackof muffs)... not a specific color or pattern, which is common with birds of this breeding

Aren't they? I love colors. Just hatched this little chick from my EE rooster and Orpington hen, he is a red/chocolate color.

Funny about his toe colors, I think he is the only one with tinted green legs, I'll have to take a closer look.

Chicks are easy. The older ones are harder. Especially my red stars they are so friendly and in your face that you can't get a picture, I can't walk in their coop with out all 6 flying at me and perching on my head and shoulders and wanting loved on.
