I got these ten ameraucana chicks today, any guesses as to what colors they'll end up as?

Unless you paid around $20 per chick those arent americaunas, they're easter eggers. In that case you cant really tell what they will look like until their feathers come in. They all look different. They're awfully cute though. I have 2 easter eggers and heres what they look like at 5 weeks

I don't agree that you have to pay around $20 to get ameraucanas but your chicks are Easter eggers.
And I do agree that with EEs it's usually a wait and see with what color/pattern they be because of all the gene combinations that's possible.

Everywhere I've looked shows them for a minimum of $20. Maybe I'm looking in all of the wrong places 😂

I was thinking more along the lines of from breeders. Guessing you're looking at hatchery prices.

Little tip, true ameraucana are sold by color.....a breeder and or the few hatcheries with actual purebred stock will not be mixing things up, so you will know what color birds you are getting....wheaten, blur/black/splash, white, lavender, brown red, etc
