thanks so much Speckled Hen, and you know the more I look at her the less prominent it looks. those pics were a week old and I finally got a good look at her today and it does not look as red but just kinda pink. I am going to give it another week and hope she is a she. She really is pretty and I really want to keep her if I can. I looked at the other ones and 2 of their combs look a tad pink to but I know they are shes (I hope anyway) . I don't know what you are feeding yours but at 4 weeks they are so much bigger looking then mine. I can not figur out why my Buff Orps are smaller then them as they are supposed to be the same age but they are smaller. Aren't they supposed to be bigger when they are full grown then the Americaunas? Oh well, thanks so much for the answer. Trudy
