Ameraucana/Easter Egger Cockerel?

This is a Cockerel, right? He barely has a comb, but it does look like it's 3 rows. It's no where near as defined as the other chickens' combs were months ago (couldn't get a good picture this evening). They were purchased at Tractor Supply on April 8, and appeared to be the same age.
Pullet!

Looks a lot like my H. R. Puffinstuff. When Puff was younger, she’s two now, her feathering was quite similar. After her first molt, her feathering and color completely changed. Her head and neck were completely white, now they’re just a little white. And the shape of her tail went from tom-boy to full and round in one molt! She’s a beauty! And it think yours is too. 🥰

No crowing, and no egg laying. One of the two in the photo is making a squeaky sound occasionally. I would love for he to be a she! What do you think of this one? It was in the background of the other photo. The comb on this one does look like the other two boys. It took a long time to develop though, and no crowing yet.

Female. Rounded saddles.
It's not possible for that bird to be male either.

They are both pullets.
