Ameraucana hen has a crackle when breathing. Do I start on antibiotics?

I have an ameraucana hen that is acting fine otherwise. I noticed a crackle in her breathing when she was roosting in her coop last night. Do I treat with antibiotics?

If so what would the dosage be for Duramycin-10?
