Ameraucana hen is being aggressive-HELP!

I have 2 ameraucana's both hens 2 years old. The larger one has been charging at the smaller one with her wing lowered.
She has always been the more aggressive one. Nothing has been changed in regards to food and shelter. She has started to molt a few feathers. Last year she did not molt . Could this be a trigger for aggression. Thank You

Any changes to the flock? Did you lose a rooster? Sometimes a hen will take over a rooster role if a rooster isn't present.

Thank You for the help. I never did have a rooster I have only had 2 chickens. We are looking for a larger place so I can have more chickens. Would temperature , being to hot and humid play a role in aggressive behavior.
