Ameraucana hen or roo?

I purchased a few pullets from a local poultry farm and am questioning this bird. When I let them out of the coop this morning, this one mounted another older hen and started fighting with her with the neck feathers up. The tail feathers seem like a roo and it looks like there may be some hackle feathers.

Thoughts?

100% male. The patchy rust on the wings and the longer narrow hackle feathers are the physical indicators.
