I’m guessing they’re production hybrid mixes. They both have dominant white. Perhaps second generation Red Sexlinks (at that point, not sexlinked). Both are cockerels

This is obviously the error of whoever made this chart but it’s so strange how they included an Ermine Ameraucana rather than a splash for the bottom rooster. I’m honestly intrigued how they managed to include a less common variety.
