Ameraucana, looking, not much luck

If you have Ameraucana chickens, where did you get them from? Were you happy? Has anyone gotten Ameraucanas from TSC? Were they Ameraucana or EE? Did they lay blue eggs? More local, but what about Frog Pond Farms, NY? Appreciate any responses, thanks!

TSC will say Ameraucana but they're EEs, most hatcheries say AM but it's EEs. Meyer Hatchery has EE & AM but haven't ordered from them. The best way to get an Ameraucana is private breeder.

Check out the Ameraucana Breeder Club on line, there was a listing, hopefully they keep it updated. Where are you located? Pips&Peeps (WA) raises, if I remember correctly.

Cackle has white, blue/black/splash, lavender and buff Ameraucanas.

For a commercial hatchery go to Cackle Hatchery. Their line of large fowl black Ameraucanas was started with chicks from me. They also offer Easter Eggers and actually label them as such.
