Ameraucana or polish or mix?

I got these guys from someone local. They aren't sure on breed and we aren't sure hen vs rooster. They are 5mo old. I am pretty confident #1 is a rooster and #2 is a hen, but what about #3?

I would say you are and #3 is a pullet. So one cockerel and 2 pullets. Definite not pure polish. They are all beautiful!!
