From what your pictures show,,,,, it is pretty much impossible to give you an HONEST ANSWER. Just to clarify one thing BTW. Are those Ameraucanas of Easter Eggers. Many peeps use these names interchangeably, but they are different breeds. One is a recognized breed, while the other is a mix.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and :welcome

I was told they are actual ameraucana but they did come from a feed store so I know its doubtful. I'm new to all things chicks, obviously lol, and thought the wing feathers coming in are pretty much what the hen will look like grown. Thanks!!

Now that clears things up some. Most likely EE. The first chick that has that Chipmunk pattern,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, well I had 3 like that. Each one turned out somewhat different when grown. Here is one that lived 11 years for me.

Even though EE are not recognized as a breed for Show Entry, they are Great Chickens.:thumbsup
Many peeps like keeping them. The colorful eggs are always a plus. Each one of my 3 layed a different color egg. (the 3 chicks looked identical when we first got them)
Post pix of your chickens as they grow:highfive:

Hate to say it, the hatcheries 'mislabel' them on purpose. More people will buy Americana (with the misspelling) than EE. The misspelling always means EE.
