Ameraucana sexing

Hello everyone I’m Paul, I’m new to raising chickens I was wondering if anyone could help me sex my Ameraucana I think she/he is around 5-6 weeks old. Thanks

My guess would be a roo. All my ameraucana hens combs come in very slow and take a long time to turn red.

Ugh, I hope not we received 6 chicks in March four ended up Roos. Got two more a SFH and Ameraucana, the SFH is definitely a Roo. ‍

I feel your pain! We have been incubating eggs and right now I have 8 roos out of a batch of 22 that I'm going to have to figure out what to do with.

That's an Easter Egger, and I believe it's a pullet. But it might be good to post more pictures in a couple of weeks

JR is 100% a Roo. Unfortunately we are giving him away tonight our city doesn’t allow Roosters.
