I picked up Ameraucana chicks at the show, I know one is Lavender..the other I was told B/B/S. But which? lol. Can anyone tell me for sure, or do I need to wait?

yay! Thanks..and I think it's a cockerel, look at the size of those legs! lol.

I should've known it was a Splash, it's not blue, it's not black. lol. Just wasn't sure. I've never dealt with Splash anything before.

Is there a such thing as a pure breed Brown Ameraucana? If there is can someone PLEASE show me pics of what the babies and parent stock would look like. Someone is trying to do a trade with me and she is offering pure breed brown Ameraucanas. I have never heard of this color and I don't want anything but, pure breeds and I want to make sure I am not gonna end up with EEs. So please if you can offer any help I would really appreciate it.

I understand there is a pure Brown/Red - but they are extremely rare and I seriously doubt they would be called Brown ever. I have never seen any offered for trade.

The chicks are black and white - the parents are black with some brown/red. They are NOT chipmunk striped chicks and the parents are not brown.

You have been answered twice. The answer is NO on the "Brown".. only Brown/Red.
