do you know about when you posted it. I'm still trying to kinda catch up. (Slow reader) sorry. Tiny is my first LF and first ameraucana. So far it has been the sweetest chick I have ever deal with. but can hold it's own with the other's. So far I'm thinking I have a new fav.

Delder2009, I don't think it is letting me quote right now, but I love your little chick. My yellow ones were wheaten/blue wheaten. I don't have the whites or buff, so I do not know what they look like as chicks, but you can compare here: http://www.ameraucana.org/scrapbook.html

Could be if it came from a Blue/Black/Splash pen, but hard to tell from the photos.

Delder2009,  I don't think it is letting me quote right now, but I love your little chick.  My yellow ones were wheaten/blue wheaten.  I don't have the whites or buff, so I do not know what they look like as chicks, but you can compare here:  http://www.ameraucana.org/scrapbook.html

Tiny is supposed to be a blue splash wheaten. If thats a color. My hubby seen the roo and fell in love. I would love to get some lavenders and more of the blue splash wheatens. Im leaning towards giving up my Cochins and focusing more on
Ameraucana. This little one has stolen my heart

There is no such color as blue splash wheaten, there is blue, splash, wheaten, blue wheaten, splash wheaten

after looking at the link maybe some silver too. So looks like I have some building to do. Im hoping to eventually have sultan LF and bantams and tolbunt polish and of course Ameraucanas.

Maybe it's a splash?

My splash were a blue white, not yellow. My lavender were just a shade off from the splash, but still with the white cast. My blues and blacks were easily identifiable. My wheatens were yellow and almost gold. The golder one, and yeah, maybe that's not a word, was the female that I am still trying to decide if she is wheaten, blue wheaten or splash wheaten. She is beginning to get some darker feathers, I think, so she may turn out to be a blue wheaten. I will not be disappointed if she is a wheaten cause then I could have more of both.
