Hello! Above is my lavender (he/she) looks much darker in this photo, it's taken in the coop at dusk. I'm struggling with gender on this one. It's not the best picture but thought I might get someone who knows the breed better to let me know their thoughts. This baby was hatched the last week in February at a breeder in mass. I have a black one I have to get a photo of tomorrow to get some thoughts on gender as well. Neither are crowing, my BCM too has been for well over two weeks who was hatched at the same time. They are not bumping chests or squaring off in any way. Thoughts on gender???
Thanks!

Here she is again, still pretty dark. I was told she's a pure bread. Thoughts on gender? I say she but she's got long feathers on her tail. No crowing and very gentle, and what color is she considered?

I am in the market for a young Ameraucana cockerel, blue or splash in color.....or possibly silver, but they are rare in my neck of the woods.
I am looking to pick up a local bird, so limiting my search to Western Washington State.

I prefer somewhere in the 2-4 month old range so I can easily integrate him with my other young chickens for raising, but will nudge either way on age. He is for a project, and does not need to be show potential. However, I am looking for a good, healthy, strong blue egg laying line.

I could potentially swap a pullet of similar age (from several breeds), or pay outright.
I would ask for a good picture, note on lineage, and pics of parents if they are your birds.

Thanks!!
