My littles are almost 9 weeks old. We finally got their run finished after a delay because Of a supply issue of fencing in our area. So they finally got out of the coop this week and this weekend we integrated with the silkies which went well, I figured now would be a good time since all but one silkie hen is broody.

Maybe before all of that grass is gone, toss a grow frame out there on a bit of it.

I was just actually thinking that today. This spring my husband made some sifters out of 2x4 and hardware cloth I’m going to use a couple to set up grow frame. We need to reseed the back yard and the area we dug up to bury an apron of hardware cloth. By the time the grass gets established a bit they will be old enough to go out in the back yard for few hours a day.

My wheaten bantams are growing up fast. They are 17 weeks old now. Still so friendly and inquisitive. They love free roaming around the yard.

Picked up these babies a couple of weeks ago! I had a blue ameraucana rooster until recently and I loved him, so when he died I had to get more blues and blacks.

Wondering what experienced people think of these 2. Feed store listed them as Ameraucana but not knowing what hatchery they source, I have to wonder if they are EE - ?? What do ya'll think?? I like them no matter what they are, just curious. TIA
