Hi everyone I am trying to find some info about the different colorations of Ameraucanas. Like if I breed a black Roo to a white hen will I get blue chicks?

You need a blue or a splash to make blues.

I was looking at the Genetica Calculator and it says:

Black x White = 100% black unicolored

Black x White dominant= 100% white unicolor

Black x White recessive= 100% black unicolor
