So cute...not knowing will be fun....chicken surprise
Agree with both of you! Thank you for the education. I will say that when I observed him more, the angle was a bit more relaxed when he was just calmly walking around with his ladies. When he is excited, and having a camera in his face.. I notice he does this aware stance and it seems to come up even more so. Either way, even more relaxed his tail is more than the 45 degree angle it should be. Certainly if I was using him to pass along for breeding young, or showing, he would not be ideal at all for a bird to breed to. I on the other hand bought him for our enjoyment, and to get blue eggs! He hatched from a very true deep blue egg and I hope the girls he gives me pass that on. Thank you again for teaching me.

I'm interested in breeding silvers. Is there another variety that will cross well with them?? They are pretty rare, and I am trying to figure out how to go about increasing size and diversity..thanks for any suggestions....
