Ameraucana thread for posting pictures and discussing our birds

I guess I had the wrong farm that had lavender hatching eggs but I still want to buy some eggs from Cree farm this coming spring. Someone in my area though was selling chicks and hatching eggs of Lavender. Spring is so far off

I think whomever it was had bantams too.

I should have a few lavs next year.

I have only seen pictures of them. Are they a real pale lavender? Not sure I want to add more bantams I have 6 in different breeds. I am hoping to add more full sized chickens next yr. I know your not near me as I am close to Tacoma so we will have to talk later when you have some to see how to go about getting them if I don't have a good lead on them over here.

I am on a poultry supply and bird splurge. I think I am getting the two smith pullets shipped from texas! I also bought an incubator and turner and I am going to Ohio Nationals.

I only get to go if I finish all of my college apps! I have to put in some seriouse hours before I can go. I am sure Paul's birds I worth it they are going to go great with my trio.
