I have an email conversation going with my ABC area rep. He is working on it from his end. If that doesn't work I guess I'll have to go through Paypal. I don't want to be a witch though. If there are problems that can be fixed, I'd rather let the ABC people take care of it instead of Paypal. Plus, I too would like to join and it seems pretty hateful to get Paypal involved without trying through the membership first. Fingers crossed that my area rep can figure out what is going on.

Can't blame you all. That is a very long time to wait to hear from someone. Sounds like they need some new help over there to get things better organized.

I belong to several plant societies and when you sign up for membership you just pay online with paypal and then you are signed up right then and can get onto the forums, seed and pollen banks etc. Why don't the chicken clubs just do the same thing? There are a few different ones I am considering joining this year too.
