She doesn't look roo-ish anywhere on her body ..

I think she is 4 months old ..

I thought I had two blue wheaten pullets and one wheaten sister to the two. But now my pullet from pips and peeps (The ONLY girl from her chicks

) is growing and her black is so dark and clear and there is no way to doubt that she is a wheaten. The other girl that I had thought was a wheaten is now looking like maybe a blue wheaten...... So, I'm guessing that if the pullets are hard to distinguish from wheaten or blue wheaten, then that is a negative trait and pretty much takes them out of the running for the breeding pen?
On a happy note, I got my first eggs out of the three sisters and I could not be more delighted! Stunning, stunning, stunning!! I took photos but the computer is not reading the card all of a sudden..... I'll try from my other computer later.

How can you tell blue wheaten pullets from wheaten pullets? I'll have good pictures in a little bit.......

Bird 1:

Bird 1 tail:

Bird 2: Her tail has dark grey. I don't see any black like in bird 1 above. Her back is darker grey than the others.
