Their color is a bit off. Beards sould be creamy white, & legs darker.

Yep, HappyMtn is right. The color is just not quite right. Ameraucanas are supposed to be a creamy wheaten.

Did the cockerel come from the same person?

ETA: Jeremy posted a picture of a blue wheaten on the previous page.

Woke up to another blue this morning so we're up to 5 now!!!!

I truly AM delighted, Jean! I know conditions for the eggs were FAR from ideal. To have 5 actually hatch. It's a thrill. I'll post pictures soon!!!

I have EEs that look exactly like those hens.

Pips&peeps I got the roo from someone else and 1 hen that is alot lighter. Will get a pic of her when the storms leave out from here.
So I shouldnt breed the 2 hens in the pics ?
