I have two pure white ameraucana chicks and I was hoping you can confirm that I have one male and one female.

I think this is the female





And I'm pretty sure this rascal is a male ...

hate to tell you but those photos make it hard to tell. they are a bit washed out. THe last photo does look like a cockerel thou.

I am very excited to finally get to post on this thread! After months of searching, I have finally snagged myself a true blue wheaten Ameraucana pullet! She is 9 months old and laying pretty blue eggs! I get to pick her up tomorrow, can't wait to post a picture.

I am selling this as an EE. I need some opinions on gender. It has a lot of girly tan on the body, but the hackles are coming in dark. The comb is small like the sister's but pinker. It also has thicker yellow legs and the sister's are smaller and slate. So I'm going back and forth on this one. What do you think? I did try on the EE thread so you guys didn't have to see the ugly yellow legs and no one commented.
