Ameraucana Variety cross

If you cross blue wheaten and splash wheaten together 50% of the offspring would be blue wheaten and the other 50% splash wheaten.

The genetics are totally separate and different. Crossing them will simply result in an EE.

Do different color Ameraucanas each have their specific genetics?

This colour calculator may help if you're looking at mixing different colours to see what you would get http://kippenjungle.nl/Overzicht.htm#kipcalculator but i have no experience with Ameriaucanas specifically- they do seem to be very separated by colours. a lot of mixes seem to end up with colours being hidden in the F1 generation, but if you breed back to parents then you may see more of the recessive genes popping back out again. Probably also a lot of leakage/ non standard colours.
