Ameraucana x EE?

I purchased Ameraucanas pullets at TSC and Araucanas pullets at a local feed store. Am I right to believe that all of them will be EE's?
I have two Ameraucana roosters, a black and a splash. If I breed them will the chicks be EE's also?

Yes and yes. They're Easter Eggers, and you'll get Easter Eggers.
