I'm going with new hampshire red.
I'm on my phone so pic doesn't show clearly for me but I think I see a single comb.

Where did the chick come from?

I checked out the pics of the New Hampshire Chicks and they seem to have white in their wings, whereas this one has only black and brown. I bought 5 chicks from a local feed store. They only had Golden Comets, and somehow this one ended up in our group. I really hope it isn't a rooster. It does look like a Welsummer now that I have looked up a pic.
