How big are the ameraucanas eggs? I have four that started laying about 3 weeks ago but the eggs are not getting any bigger then the first ones layed. I also have 2 RIR about the same age and their eggs are about a normal size now.

Mine lay large ones to extra large now, but they were small to medium for awhile. I think it took a few months to really increase in size substantially. I'm not sure it's a breed thing, though.

My first Ameraucana started laying at the end of June but it took until July 13th for all 4 to start laying. I get one that's larger every once in awhile, but generally they are still on the small side.
