    Neither. It's an Easter Egger, which is a hybrid of many different breeds that still have the blue egg gene. They are often advertised as Ameraucana/Americana (the latter spelling usually indicates the person knows that they are not true Ameraucana) or Araucana.

    Ameraucanas have beards and muffs, green/blue/grey legs, and a certain plumage type (white, blue, wheaten, etc.).

    Araucanas have ear tuffs, and do not have tails.

    Both of these breeds are harder to find and much more expensive.
