In the Brooder

I picked up some chicks from tractor supply this morning. One of the girls is slightly smaller than the others. She has slanted eyes, and stands with her wings pointed down, not tucked to her side. Is this reason for concern?

She doesn't look well. We need to see photos of her standing up, or a video of her walking (post it on YouTube or similar, then paste the link to the video here).
Check her bottom for pasty-butt, and clean it if necessary. You might try a drop or two of sugar water to the side of her beak to give her a boost of energy - could be just the shock of shipping to TSC and then transfer to your home.

Does she walk normally? Is she eating and drinking? How warm is your brooder? The shape of her eyes does look very strange.
Seems to walk normally other than the wings hanging down. I haven't seen her eat yet, but she has been drinking water. Brooder temp is right at 94°

I put her and the other news ones in the brooder with some other chicks, a few days older. Once I saw her condition I separated her. She was in there less than an hour. Removed food and water to deep clean just to be safe. I'm kicking myself for putting them in there immediately.

I really doubt it's a contagious illness though I don't have a clue what it IS, if anything. I have a few hens whose wings droop like that, and they're fine. I've had chicks with droopy wings but they also tended to lay down a lot, were lethargic, and couldn't walk very well. Weak chicks that died rather quickly. But yours seems energetic enough, and besides the wings and eyes... I dunno.
At first, I thought the eyes were just half-closed - but I see now they are not. They're just almond-shaped and slanted upwards.
@Wyorp Rock @EggSighted4Life @Eggcessive Do you folks have any input on this?

Hard to see here but this is how she's been sleeping for at least 2 hours.

Looks like possible shipping stress.. Aside from the warmth and the rest already offered.. I would consider administering a drop of Poultry Nutri Drench just below the nostrils, holding the chick in hand with beak facing forefinger and using it to help direct the beak and drip together..

Do you have any electrolyte supplement in their water already?

Yes, I put both electrolytes and probiotics in her water. I just went and dipped her beak and she drank a little, then fell right back to sleep.
