Is it just me, or do the Black American Bresse look JUST LIKE a hatchery quality Black Minorca? I'm laughing as I see people scoop them up for high dollar! I just can't jump on that band wagon of "buy it cause it's rare". I have a bird that looks the same, lays the same, and no matter what they tell me most likely tastes just the same! Mine just don't have a fancy french accent
