I've always wanted a jeep. But everyone keeps telling me jeep stands for

Empty
Every
Pocket

Older ones wasn't half bad I've had a few 90s-00s really couldn't knock em to bad especially the inline 6s. New ones I wouldn't own heard and seen to much bad about them. My buddy has one his wife just had to have he was all for it now he despises it I told him he would.

I guess you could call me a chevy man but theirs good and bad with them all I've owned 100s of vehicles and ain't none of them 100% great. If I was looking at new and a truck it would be Ford, Toyota, Nissan chevy has went retarded the trucks are low gt all kinds of needless gadgets and ugly front ends.

Chrysler products well I was ruined on them when I bought a new hemi 1500 what a turd that was even under warranty I hated it. It went back at least a dozen times and it was a fight every single time.

I had a 00 Wrangler. Drove it for 14 yrs I guess. Had 218,000 miles on it and sat for a year while I was in Korea. No issues aside from the blower switch kept going which was annoying. Terrible on gas but never let me down or left me stranded. Driven back and forth from GA about 7-8 times too. My wife got a 2008 wrangler and I traded that piece of sh*t back in like 6 months. Turd doesn’t do it justice. Now they’re all too fancy and expensive for what it is. If you aren’t going to use any of the 4wd the rubicon models, locking rears and oversized gears are a total waste of money. They’re mainly marketed to women nowadays and they’ve made a killing doing it. Good for them I guess. I wouldn’t buy another one now. Long gone are the days of actually having to use the drain plugs. Fake, fake, fake says I!!

It's a diesel motor. It's addicted to ether.
Got a bunch of wiring issues too.. But it's a beast of a truck!
Hubby keeps saying he's just going to keep it and have it fixed. But that never happens.
We put it on Craig's list every so often and get so many ridiculous calls and offers he gets mad and takes the ad down.
So. . here it sits as a yard ornament.

That's just it. I don't really like the new jeeps.
I wanna trade my car off before it loses any more value.
I'm thinking about a Ford Explorer or something like that instead.

B-cuse. . . I am tired of putting sacks of feed and pine shavings in my car. I'd rather have a small truck or something with a hatch.
But they are so expensive. . that's why I'm still driving this car.. It's paid off.
I don't normally drive anywhere very far so the gas mileage isn't a big issue.
And
I wouldn't mind having something with 4 wheel drive for when we move in case I slide off in the ditch some morning when the weather is bad.
